It is inspired by some of her most memorable and beloved moments from the TV show, The Walking Dead.
If you don't watch this show, what is wrong with you????
But seriously, you should check it out, the next season starts on October 11th 9/8 Central on AMC so you still have time to catch up if you binge watch all of the seasons (1-5) on Netflix.
If you do watch it and you aren't caught up yet, I want to warn you that some of the descriptions of the polish may give certain things away, so proceed with caution
This is your SPOILER ALERT.
Fear the Living is a deep purple jelly with various sizes of holographic lime green and navy glitters.
Her inspiration for this one came from the symbolism of color, purple meaning power, with deep purple said to evoke gloom and sad feelings. Green is associated with greed and envy and while blue is usually a good color it can also represent coldness and fear.
In the world of The Walking Dead, you fear the living more than the dead because they have become so desperate and unpredictable.
Bob-B-Que is a blackened charcoal jelly polish with fiery red, orange and silver holographic glitters.
Inspired by the Bob-B-Que had by the Terminus survivors.
It's In Our Blood is a blood red polish with holographic lime green hexes.
Inspired by Dr. Jenner telling Rick that "It's in our blood, we're all carriers."
Ashley imagines the zombie virus as bits of bright green floating through the blood.
You Look Ridiculous is a glitter topper with black and white skulls and a variety of white, black and blue glitter. I layered it over China Glaze Immortal.
Inspired by the scene between Carol and Daryl after they are in the Alexandria safe-zone, when Carol attempts to blend in by looking like a soccer mom and Daryl tells her that she looks ridiculous.
She may look like a soccer mom on the outside but the skulls are hidden in the polish to represent the complete and total annihilation Carol can bring at any given moment.
You're Gonna Miss Me is a glitter topper with blue flake glitters. This polish also glows in the dark.
Inspired by Beth and the guiding light she became for Daryl...and the horrible truth in her statement that he's gonna miss her when she's gone.
You can wear it over bare nails, or layer it like I have done below, over SensatioNail White Lily.
Ricktatorship is a shimmery light grey jelly with a sprinkle of scattered holographic, silver holographic micro-shred and silver and red holographic hex glitters.
Inspired by the dictatorship of Rick; wrapped up in a pretty package, Rick still seems to have the final say.
I of course I had to add some stamping and zombie hands reaching out to grab you fit perfectly with the theme.
I stamped with Bundle Monster BM-XL28.
I added a layer of You're Gonna Miss me over Ricktatorship before stamping so that I could get the glow effect.
As usual with Spellbound Nails polishes, these were a dream to apply, no fishing for glitters or problems drying in between coats.
