Red Carpet Manicure Starter Kit

Red Carpet Manicure is the first at-home LED gel manicure system, and I was beyond excited to receive this starter kit and see for myself why so many celebrities choose this brand to wear on the red carpet!

Be sure to follow these step by step directions: (you can click on the photo to enlarge it.)

The portable LED light is battery operated but also has a USB plug, perfect for travel!

This shade is called Red Carpet Reddy, I used three coats of color for the above manicure.
You really can't go wrong with a classic red creme, I think it complements any skin tone and any outfit.

You can purchase this kit here and while you are there check out their other kits, plus over 100 shades of gel polish, over 50 shades of nail lacquer, nail art kits, and nail treatments. They really have you covered with everything you could need.

INNI Nail Wraps

INNI is a line of customizable nail wraps that you can create with your own design or you can choose from pre-existing ones already on the site. The name of the design I am showing you today is listed as Christams.

This was my first time using nail wraps and they were a breeze to apply. Here are the step by step how to apply directions, there is also a video demonstration if you click here

There are lots of sizes to choose from, I think they would easily accommodate long, short, wide, narrow, curved or flat nails.

Up close view of the design.

Check out their website, by clicking here if you are interested in purchasing these.

Here is an update of how my nails look after the full 10 days of wear that they suggest. I think they held up great considering I'm not easy on my nails at all,  they have been put through it all, lots of hand washing, dish washing, showers, hair washing, hand lotion, cuticle oil, bathing my son, typing, housework, etc. My ring finger and pinkie look almost perfect besides the empty space at my cuticle from nail growth.
After removal, which only requires peeling off the wraps, my nails are damage free and look great.
I really enjoyed wearing these, they were a great alternative to wearing polish and would be a nice option when travelling.

Oh My Glitter Goodness

All Summer I have really been loving wearing glitter toppers, the Sun just catches the sparkle of the glitter and shows it off so well.
FingerPaints has a really pretty glitter called Hollywood Decadence which is from their most recent Collection, Film Noir, and it pairs so great with Sally Hansen Mauve Matters.

Sally Hansen Mauve Matter topped with FingerPaints Hollywood Decadence as a glitter gradient

Up close of all the beautiful blue, pink and gold glitters, which are in a milky pink matte base.

It can also be worn on its own, above shows two coats over my bare nails.
